We reported cases of graffiti on the skate park in July. Since then, thanks to a generous grant from the Gilwern Village Tote, the Council has significantly upgraded the surface of the two main pieces of equipment in the Skate Park. Hopefully this will prevent further annual costly maintenance. However, it is sad to have to report that, no sooner had this been laid, than someone has sprayed graffiti once again on the skate park.
