Gilwern Community Centre is located adjacent to the Playing Fields in Gilwern and comprises for hire:
- One Main Hall (17 x 9 m)
- One Committee Room (8 x 7 m)
- Kitchen
- Toilets
- On site parking
The Playing Fields, owned also by Llanelly Community Council, are the home of Gilwern AFC and Gilwern Bowls Club as well as having a children's play area, an exercise area, a multi-use games area with floodlights, skate park, mini football pitch and off-route cycle track.
